How to Rock the Ripped Jeans Trend(2)

Hey Fashion addicts!
The valentines weekend is over but as you can tell, some of us are still recuperating from the weekend’s shenanigans…remind me to take it slow next year! I mean it’s Wednesday already look at how time flies!

But on a good note I’m back with another ripped jeans look for you.I’ve started noticing I’m leaning more towards grungy looks(Check out another grunge look here). It’s not something I’m used to, but I’m getting the hang of it.However, I’m currently loving the whole shirt tied around the waist look(Did a post on the shirt wrap trend a while back check it out here), it’s totally a 90’s kind of style but it’s more modern and edgier this time round.

With a newly developed love affair with the grunge fashion scene, I obviously needed a major grunge attitude to go with it! Just look at my face, if this doesn’t scream good girl gone bad…I don’t know what will! I actually think I should do a whole post on essential fashion staples needed to create a grunge look(light bulb moment! Stay posted for that)

Ripped jeans on the other hand can be seen as a sign of rebellion but with the fashion statement its making now, its only a matter of time for the trend to be embraced. From shredded to ripped, you can find destroyed denim in shops and if you are into DIY projects, just cut out a pair of your jeans! It’s that easy! On the previous post, we styled our ripped jeans in a casual way. So, we decided to do a more edgier and riskier look by doing a casual grunge look and VOILA!!

I love the look I created for this post it’s so rough and rugged makes me wish I was an ol’ lady in the Series Sons of Anarchy, biker gangs and all. I should be riding a Harley right about now.
